If you choose to collect the Balloon Bunch, Bouquet, Arrangement, Basket or Decoration in our facilities, you must take into account the following:

Provide the full name and contact telephone number of the person who will collect the arrangement on the day and within the established time range.

The person who picks up the arrangement must have time to receive the delivery. We also recommend that you do the collection in a BIG car. Our Bouquets are BIG. You must have a large and unoccupied cart to collect, with the backs of the chairs down to be able to introduce the arrangement without suffering damage, exploding balloons or detaching accessories. It is recommended to pick up by SUV, Minivan, Hatchback or Touring. Boga Balloons is not responsible for damage during transportation.
